Our modular building system is also not limited to small cellular spaces. It is ideal for extensions, stand alone buildings or elements of extremely large projects because we can offer clear spans of up to 12 metres and can build up to 12 storeys tall.

 

In addition, Britspace has British Board of Agrément (BBA) accreditation (view our certificate) for a 60-year structural design life, which confirms that ours is a permanent building solution.

 

Through Britspace’s experienced project management team we are able to offer full turnkey packages including groundwork’s and external works.

 

Britspace is Constructionline registered, a CHAS accredited contractor and an OGC buying solutions approved supplier, which allows UK public sector organisations to negotiate directly without the need to tender, saving time and money.
